Hearty Fiesta Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. finely crushed saltine crackers (21 crackers)
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper (more if you like)
    2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, eggs, onion, catsup, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add ground chuck and mix well.
    Shape meat mixture into 6 patties.
    In large skillet, brown patties on both sides.
    Spoon soup over meat; top with beans and green pepper. Cook, covered, over low heat for 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese over mixture; cover and cook 5 minutes more.
    Serves 6 (at my house, less)!!
    Add a fruit salad and dinner rolls for a delicious meal.
