Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Bring margarine to boil. Add cocoa and water. Remove from heat. Add flour, sugar, salt, eggs and mix well. Add sour cream and baking soda. Pour into greased 1-1/2 x 9 x 13 inch sheet cake pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
