Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 hen
1 bunch celery
2 apples
7 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Cut fine all ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and a little cayenne.
Mix well together with cooked mayonnaise and serve on top of lettuce leaves with mayonnaise on top.
