Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. herb rice (7 oz.)
    1/2 c. white rice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix water and soup together.
    Put thin layer of soup mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Mix white rice and herb rice together (uncooked).
    Spread rice evenly over thin layer of soup mixture.
    Place chicken on top of rice.
    Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours (uncover the last 15 to 20 minutes for rice to absorb all the soup).
