Apple Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    8 thinly sliced apples
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. powdered sugar
    water
Preparation
    Mix 3 cups flour, salt, sugar and margarine as you would for pie crust.
    Mix together 1/2 cup flour, water, vinegar and egg to form a paste.
    Add to first mixture.
    Divide dough in half.
    Roll out dough and line jelly roll pan with dough.
    Spread with apples and sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll out remaining dough and cover apples.
    Glaze with powdered sugar, vanilla and enough water to be able to pour over dough.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
