Easy Spanish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and peppers
    1 can chili beans
    1 can Spanish rice
    sliced cheese to top
Preparation
    Mix all except cheese.
    Bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Top with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts. Delicious if served with coleslaw and garlic toast.
