The Ruby Slipper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (raspberry)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine cake mix, sour cream, water and eggs in large bowl. Blend.
    Then beat at medium speed
    for 2 minutes until creamy. Spoon 1/3 cup of batter into well-greased and floured 10-inch fluted pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the gelatin.
    Repeat layers. Spread remaining batter over gelatin to cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
