Country Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, broken in pieces
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped in large pieces
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 c. bacon bits
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
1 pkg. Ranch Dressing mix
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 small sour cream
Preparation
-
Place ingredients in the order given.
Mix dressing, mayonnaise and sour cream.
Spread over top, sealing the edges. This salad will keep 24 hours or longer.
Spread grated cheese over top and serve.
Layer ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
