Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 medium mushrooms (1 1/2 lb.)
    5 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    2 green onions
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. crab meat
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1 c. Jack cheese, shredded
    1 c. Parmesan, grated
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Remove stems.
    Chop.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter and add stems and chopped onions.
    Saute until limp.
    Remove from heat and stir in all ingredients except soy sauce.
    Melt 3 tablespoons butter and add soy sauce.
    Pour into pan to coat.
    Mound filling into caps firmly.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
