12 Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sauerkraut (1 lb. can)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. thin strips green peppers
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
Preparation
    Cut sauerkraut into small pieces and mix with sugar and stand 30 minutes.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and cover tightly; refrigerate for 12 hours.
