Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans are best)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugars and oil.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture by hand.
    Add apples, nuts and vanilla.
    Bake in tube pan or sheet cake pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
