Meat Loaf Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 10 ingredients and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.
    Shape into 14 x 10-inch rectangle on a sheet of waxed paper.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Roll, jelly roll fashion, lifting waxed paper to help make the roll easier.
    Press edges and ends to seal.
    Place roll, seam side down, on baking sheet.
    Bake t 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Pour remaining sauce over meat roll.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
