Holiday Delight Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-inch) baked pie shell
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 lb. marshmallows
    2 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
    1 c. cream, whipped
Preparation
    Place marshmallows and milk in top of a double boiler.
    Heat over hot water until marshmallows are melted.
    Chill.
    Meanwhile, put the cranberries through a food chopper and drain off the juice.
    Fold the cranberries and the orange rind into the chilled marshmallow mixture and pour into the pie shell.
    Top with whipped cream, if so desired.
