Upside-Down Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt and chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. cheese, cut in small cubes
1/2 c. sliced olives
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cook meat, onion and green pepper in skillet until meat is done.
Stir in flour, tomato paste and spices.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cheese and olives.
Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Prepare your favorite cornbread recipe and spread over top.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Loosen edges.
Invert and serve immediately.
Sour cream, cottage cheese or guacamole compliment nicely.
