Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    1 c. seasoned stuffing cubes
    1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 c. chicken broth
    3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. white wine
Preparation
    Combine and put in 2-quart casserole.
    Spread with topping and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
