Green Bean Salad(Chinese Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen cut green beans, thawed
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    6 scallions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped coriander
Preparation
    Bring 1 quart of water to a boil and add the peanut oil.
    Add green beans and let sit for 1 minute.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
    Drain well.
    Mix all remaining ingredients as for salad dressing.
    Toss with the drained beans.
