Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    6 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    6 c. milk
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    8 chicken bouillon cubes
    8 oz. fine egg noodles
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Add onions; saute for 3 minutes.
    Add water and bouillon cubes.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add noodles and salt.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Stir in broccoli and garlic; cook 4 minutes.
    Add milk, cheese and pepper, cooking over low heat until cheese melts.
    Do not boil after adding milk, or it will clabber.
