Beef Tips And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak
    2 pkg. brown gravy mix
    2 Tbsp. minced dried onions
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 or 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 c. water
    egg noodles
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1-inch squares.
    Brown in skillet.
    Mix gravy mix and 2 cups water.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Stir in rest of ingredients except noodles.
    Add sauce and meat to 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cook noodles as package states.
    Pour meat and sauce over noodles.
    Meat and sauce can be done in crock-pot.
