1 red potato per person, washed and cut in half
Preparation

Cover bottom of flat baking dish with olive oil.
Sprinkle garlic chips (or your choice of other forms of garlic) into the oil.
Place potatoes, cut side down, in oil and roast for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
