Mini Chip Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy (in a large bowl).
    Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cut into bars.
