Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches broccoli
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook broccoli. Chop and set aside.
    Melt butter in large heavy pan. Add mushrooms and onions.
    Saute until tender.
    Add flour. Stir until bubbly. Gradually add 1 1/2 cups milk, stirring constantly. Add cheese. Stir until smooth.
    Add remaining milk. Add broccoli and heat thoroughly.
