Hearty Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) cans vegetable juice
2 c. water
1 small head green cabbage, finely chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
1 small or 2 medium carrots, sliced
1 medium stalk celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. instant beef or chicken bouillon
Preparation

Heat all ingredients to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
