Oven Fried Potato Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Russet potatoes, unpeeled
5 Tbsp. butter, melted
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices.
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Place butter in shallow baking pan. Add potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss until potatoes are thoroughly coated. Spread into single layer.
Bake 20 minutes. Turn with spatula. Continue baking until potatoes are tender, crusty and golden brown, about 15 more minutes.
