Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 (16 oz.) can light red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    2 (6 oz.) cans of V8 juice
    1 envelope taco seasoning
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in large saucepan, drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for at least 15 minutes.
    Top with crushed tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream.
