Scotch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg (raw)
    6 eggs, hard-boiled, cooled and peeled
    1 lb. sausage (half hot and half regular)
    pinch of salt
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Divide sausage meat into 6 portions.
    Wrap around hard-boiled eggs; cover completely.
    Beat remaining raw egg with salt.
    Coat eggs with beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Turn often to retain round shape.
