Miniature Ham Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/4 lb. fully cooked ground ham
    1 1/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 can condensed tomato soup (undiluted)
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. ground mustard
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk and cracker crumbs.
    Mix well.
    Add ham and sausage.
    Shape 1/2 cupfuls into into individual loaves. Place in greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
    Combine soup, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard.
    Mix well.
    Pour over loaves.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting after 30 minutes.
    Serves 12 to 14.
