Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    onion, chopped
    bell pepper, chopped
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and bell pepper.
    Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Cook for 1 hour.
    Cover.
