Sour Cream-Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. egg noodles
    1 lb. ground round steak
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    pepper
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 carton sour cream
    1 carton cottage cheese
    3/4 c. sharp Cheddar
Preparation
    Cook noodles until almost done.
    Rinse and drain.
    Brown steak in butter.
    Add seasonings and tomato sauce.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    In a large mixing bowl combine meat, sour cream, cheese and noodles; stir.
    Pour into casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
