French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. frozen cholesterol-free egg product, thawed
    1/2 c. skimmed milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    12 slices English muffin bread
Preparation
    Spray skillet or griddle with nonstick cooking spray; heat utensil until hot.
    Combine egg product, milk, cinnamon and vanilla; beat well.
    Dip bread into mixture to coat each side. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
    Serve with powdered sugar or lite syrup.
