Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate together. Add sugar, eggs, flour, salt and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Keep in tightly covered tin.
