Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    2 lb. beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 can or 1 c. Burgundy wine
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can mushrooms, chopped fine (optional)
    1 carrot, chopped fine (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cook uncovered 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Serve over noodles or rice.
