Lima Bean Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby limas
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. minced celery
    3/4 c. finely chopped red onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 oz. ham, julienned
    2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. minced fresh sage
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
Preparation
    Cook lima beans as directed; drain well.
    In skillet, in oil, over medium heat, saute onion, celery and garlic 5 minutes to soften. Add lima beans and remaining ingredients. Cook 2 minutes or until hot.
