Skillet Chicken And Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can condensed golden corn soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Cook chicken until brown on both sides. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, combine soup, milk, broccoli, cheese and pepper. Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and broccoli is tender-crisp. Stir occasionally.
