Super Creole Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. onion
3 Tbsp. green pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. can tomato sauce
3 oz. can chopped mushrooms
1/4 c. water
pepper and salt
1 clove fresh garlic
Preparation

Cook finely chopped onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
Add tomato sauce, fresh or canned mushrooms, water, pepper, salt and garlic.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Serve over fish and chicken.
