Bourbon Street Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
6 slices bacon
2 cans pork & beans
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chilli sauce
3 Tbsp. bourbon
1 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat fry bacon until crisp. Crumble. Saute onion in the bacon fat. Using a slotted spoon, carefully lift onion from the fat and place in a 1 1/2 qt. baking dish.
To baking dish add all other ingredients except bacon. Gently stir to
mix thoroughly. Sprinkle bacon on top. Bake 1 hour. Beans should be bubbly and thick.
