Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 5 minutes, then gradually add the sugar.
    Stir in the pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Mix dry ingredients together; add to pumpkin mixture.
    Spread in greased and floured 15 x 10-inch pan.
    Top with the chopped nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Turn out on a towel which has been sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
    Starting at the narrow end, roll towel and cake together. Cool.
    Unroll.
    Fill with filling; re-roll cake.
    Chill before cutting into slices.
