Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 clove minced garlic
1 c. raw rice
2 c. water
1 medium onion
1 head cabbage
1 c. tomato soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Shred cabbage; brown meat, onion and garlic.
Place in large casserole dish.
Place cabbage in bottom, then layer of rice and meat mixture.
Dilute soup with water.
Season to taste.
Pour over top; do not stir.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Check to make sure liquid has not cooked away; add more water if needed.
