Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    5 tsp. cornstarch
    5 tsp. strawberry jello
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix together the sugar and cornstarch.
    Add the boiling water. Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute.
    Gradually add jello.
    Line baked, cooled crust with fresh strawberries.
    Pour above mixture on top.
    Refrigerate.
    After the pie sets, top with Cool Whip.
