Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. orange juice
3 large apples
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
Beat well.
Blend in flour, baking powder and orange juice.
Pour half of batter in a greased pan.
Peel and thinly slice 3 large apples.
Put apples on top of batter.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon mixed together.
Then add rest of batter and sprinkle with more cinnamon-sugar mixture on top of batter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
