Roast Cornish Hen - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Cornish hens
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
pepper to taste

Preparation

Dice onion and stuff in both birds.
Mince garlic and stuff in birds.
Pepper inside of bird to taste.
Place in roasting dish and roast at 350\u00b0 for one hour, uncovered.
Serves two.
