Ingredients

7 oz. can coconut
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
4 c. pecan bits
2 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/4 lb. paraffin
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Roll into 1-inch balls. Chill for 10 minutes. Melt together chocolate chips and paraffin. Dip each ball in chocolate, using toothpick. When balls are covered, place them on wax paper to cool. Makes 8 dozen.
