Rhubarb Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. cold margarine
1/2 to 3/4 c. cold milk
Preparation

Chop first 5 ingredients in a blender or processor.
Add milk. Makes a stiff dough.
Roll to 12 x 10-inch rectangle.
Spread with 2 tablespoons soft margarine, 2 cups finely chopped rhubarb and 1/2 cup sugar.
Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
Roll up from long side.
Cut in 12 one-inch slices.
