Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

In saucepan, mix brown sugar, flour, syrup, butter and salt. Heat until butter melts.
Beat eggs with vanilla.
Stir in syrup mix and pecans.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake below oven center at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool and serve.
