Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium pork chops
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to
    350\u00b0.
    In
    roasting pan (or cake pan), mix uncooked rice, 2
    cans
    cream
    of
    mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cups of water.
    Mix well.
    Place seasoned pork chops on top of rice mixture.
    Top
    with
    onion
    slices and bell pepper rings. Bake 30 to 45 minutes
    until
    pork chops are brown and rice is tender.
