Cabbage Burgers(Runza) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
Preparation

Brown cabbage in skillet.
Brown beef, then combine beef and cabbage.
Add salt and pepper.
Let cool.
Place thawed bread dough in greased bowl.
Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk, about 30 minutes.
Roll dough into rectangle about 1/4-inch thick; cut dough into 8 (5-inch) squares.
Place about 2 heaping tablespoonfuls of meat mixture in center of each square.
Bring 4 corners together and pinch.
Place seam side down on greased baking sheet.
Let rise in warm place 20 minutes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
