Maryland Crab Soup(4 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium carrot, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 qt. chicken broth
1 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 lb. ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced or canned tomatoes, drained
2 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning or add to taste
3/4 lb. Maryland crabmeat (cartilage removed)
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Place the oil in a soup pot.
Add the carrots and onions. Cover the pot and cook the vegetables over low heat just until softened.
Add the broth, potatoes, tomatoes and Old Bay seasoning. Simmer just until the potatoes are tender, approximately 10 minutes.
Add the crabmeat and parsley and heat through.
