Microwave Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
    8 lasagne noodles (uncooked)
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese (I use more)
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Brown and crumble beef (4 minutes, plus 4 minutes).
    Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
    Meanwhile, combine Ricotta cheese, egg and black pepper.
    In oblong baking dish, spoon 1/2 cup sauce, alternating layer of noodles, egg mixture (spread on noodles), Mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming 2 layers.
    Heat, covered, 8 minutes on High.
    Microwave 30 to 32 minutes on Medium-low or until noodles are tender.
    Top with Parmesan; let stand 15 minutes.
    Keep covered.
    Can freeze.
    Serves 6.
