Spicy Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mild flavored honey
    1 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large head cabbage, finely chopped (4 c.)
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. diced celery
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine honey with vinegar, onion and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Cool and pour the cooled dressing over prepared vegetables; toss lightly
