Crab And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. cooked crab meat
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions until barely done.
Arrange in bottom of 1-quart casserole.
Saute onions in butter; stir in salt and flour.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
Add cheese and cook over low heat until thickened. Stir in lemon juice.
Add crab meat and pour over broccoli.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes until bubbly and browned.
