Quick Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
2/3 c. powdered milk or enough milk for workable dough (water if using powdered milk)
1/3 c. shortening)
water (enough to make stiff dough)
Preparation

I use butter Crisco for shortening.
Mix ingredients.
Pour out on floured board or hard surface.
Knead lightly.
Choke off biscuit size.
Put in greased pan.
Butter the top of biscuits. Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
